Tiny Mammoth was founded by Lizzie, whose lifelong passion for baking and deep love for cookies shaped the brand from the very beginning. Inspired by the inventive bold flavours of the New York food scene, Lizzie set out to create New York style cookies that felt elevated yet familiar.

What began at food festivals and local markets grew into something more. Through constant recipe development and a commitment to baking fresh daily, Tiny Mammoth evolved from a small-scale passion project into the stores our customers know today. But we always stay true to our original focus on flavour, quality and craft.
